Does anyone know which american dental schools, allow canadians to apply for admission?

I know several Canadian students at USC. Don't really know much about this topic though...perhaps it isn't that big of a deal. I do know that some of these students had problems getting into specialty programs to public schools since they will take US students over Canadia ones.
