My husband was offered a job in Singapore and we are contemplating moving there.
I've been practicing dentistry in the states for two years now and I have a valid license. I would not might moving to Singapore as long as I can work as a dentist there. I have to pay my beloved student loans 🙄🙄
Does anyone know if Singapore accepts USA trained dentists? or has any experience with the process?
Thanks in advance!

I do believe you can get registered there without too much difficulty. I heard that you can obtain a "provisional license" for 2 years during which time they will "monitor" your practice (or something like that). After 2 years they will give you a full license I think. Best to contact the Singapore dental council.

Singapore is Awesome! You'll love it.

Good luck.

Thank you! So far it seems the process is relatively easy. We just came from Singapore and we loved it! So nice and tons of things to do, just a little too hot 😳 😳

Hi "veo" - have you guys moved to Singapore?

With respect to the provisional/conditional license, one thing that is not clear is whether you will have to do the Singapore license qualifying exams. You should go through the website of the Singapore Dental Council, and speak to them to clarify this.

Hi there! You can register as a dentist in Singapore with your US degree. You don't need to answer any qualifying exams if you have the US degree.
