I'm sorry if a thread exists on this topic (did a general search with no recent threads found).

Anyone currently attending AU postbac that can offer thoughts? Worth the added expense of completing a postbac at a private university? Class size? Class rigor? Part-time option? Linkage option to local schools eg. Georgetown, GWU

Thanks.

I am starting at AU this summer for the postbac. I will let you know how it is. I know that postbac students take classes with the undergraduates.

Is anyone else starting their postbac work at AU this summer/ fall?

I'm starting at American this fall. How do you like it so far? And how did you register for classes? I can't figure out how to do it.

Thanks!

I am starting this fall too. I wish we could also view the schedule for Spring 2013, because for a program this short I would have liked to plan both out ahead of time.

Hi all--

I'll be at American this fall, as well.

PreMedCadet: in your acceptance letter, there should have been information about contacting the director of the pre-med program at AU. I spoke with her today and apparently she registers us for the first semester and then after that we're able to do it on our own. Her name is Dr. Arneson and her phone number is 202-885-2186.

I'm set for Bio I, Chem I, and Stats for fall. Has anyone had any luck with housing? I've been living in NYC and haven't had this hard of a time finding reasonably priced apartments. This is hellacious.

Looking forward to meeting you guys.
