Hey all,
I was just wondering what you think is the easiest way to distinguish immature myeloid cells (myeloblast, promyeloblast, myelocyte, metamyelocyte) from monocytic cells (monoblast, promonocyte) in the peripheral blood. I try to use the number of nucleoli and roundness of the nucleus but this still confuses me. Any help would be fantastic. Thanks!
