Wanted to share an article with you all that was written by one of my wonderful classmates, Rachel. It is a little article that attempts to describe the changing environment of the medical school classroom and how those changes have made things a little different for nontraditional applicants, women, and disadvantaged applicants. She also gives a little info on some of my classmates and quotes our Associate Dean of Admissions, Dr. Ralston.

Thanks for sharing that, souljah! It's so encouraging! I was slipping into hibernation while waiting for post-interview decisions, but reading that really lifted my spirits. Been trying to not get my hopes up too much until I know for sure.
