Hello friends,

So some dental schools are beginning to receive my dental app. However, I do not have my LOR or supplementals in yet. What will happen to my app? I know they will put my app on hold but does that mean once I upload my letters they will immediately look at my app or will I be placed in the back of the batch.

Thank you

I'm sure this just depends on the school. However, my guess is that you're considered to be in the batch that your ENTIRE application is received.

So... If you initially submit in the first batch but your DAT scores don't come in until the 8th batch, you'd be considered an 8th batcher to schools. But that's just purely speculation on my part.

Most schools will send out a application received and then a COMPLETED application.

I keep on hearing people saying that dont worry about LORs, you can always turn them in later... if AADSAS received a LOR, do they only sent it in batches or immediately, assuming my app has been mailed.

Your entire application will be mailed again if there are any changes so for example if you submitted a letter today it will presumably be in the next batch (this Friday I presume, weird week cause one batch went out today cause last Friday was holiday).
