This isn't neither revolutionary or new news, but I thought I'd pass this article along regarding pharmacists making noticeable difference in practice and how hospitals are changing to utilize their knowledge better. After it was published in our local newspaper I had several non-pharmacy people approach me about this article and discuss how it changed their perspective of pharmacy as a profession ("So I guess you do more than count pills 

..." ). It might give some of you some info to bring up in those upcoming interviews as well... or if not it is at least a quick, interesting read.
