I've recently been given a assignment to interview people in the medical field. Its 10 basic questions of Q&A, any help will be greatly appreciated!

1)How did you decide to become a ______(Your job)
2)Where did you go to medical school and when?
3)What was the most difficult aspect of medical school?
4)What is your specialty and what were the requirements for you to pursue this type of specialty?
5)What is your typical day life?
6)What personal qualities do you feel are needed to succeed in this profession?
7)What do you enjoy about your profession?
8)Can you give me an example of time you felt particularly proud to be a physician?
9)What challenges face today's _____(your job)?
10)What advice would you give to a high school student who believes he/she wants to become a _____(your job)
