Hmm I don't like to be the bearer of bad news but your chances have gone down by quite a bit since the beginning of the cycle. I wouldn't say it's because of your GPA or anything though on your resume. I think you are OK there. The latest I would have applied for a cycle would be early September or late August.

If you apply next cycle and early, you definitely have a great shot somewhere. Dental school admission is a very competitive process so it is critical that you turn in everything within the first two months of the cycle.

This is just my two cents. Who knows, you might still have a shot for an interview but it would be post Dec I would imagine.

The chances of you getting a pre-dec interview are low (esp. since your gpa is still being verified and it takes schools a while to process applications). But there's nothing wrong with your stats and you should stand to get some post-dec interviews. You should have a decent chance of hearing back from Roseman in the near future.

You never know though. My app was complete middle September and my interview with Iowa(deadline October 1st) is this Friday. Haven't heard from UIC, UNC, or Marquette yet, but as for competetiveness, my GPA and DAT are higher than yours but your extra-curricular stuff is vastly better than mine. I'm sure you have a shot at some of the schools with latter deadlines.

While pre-December doesn't look good, I don't think all hope is lost for this cycle. You applied to a bunch of schools that fill their classes well after December 1st. Of course you would have stood a much better chance earlier in the cycle, but I don't think it's impossible for you to get in this time around. If not, you should definitely get into at least one school next cycle.

I dunno, I would think MWU-Az and some of the private schools you def have a shot at

they fill and interview well into the spring

Marquette to my knowledge has sent out their out of state interviews already, usually do the beginning of September for October interviews

Are you a minority? That will increase your chances of an interview slightly. I think you fall into the "who knows" category. Something in your app might spark some interest and you get a pre-Dec interview but likely, it will be after Dec 1st. Plenty of people get accepted after those interviews so it's not the kiss of death to get a post-Dec interview--just a longer time to wait to find out if you are in or not.
