I found that using a spreadsheet during my studying helped me stay organized as well as motivated so I wanted to pass it onto anyone that may find it helpful.

This is by no means complete. There is inconsistency between the TBR books as far as phases and number of passages per chapter. Taking that into consideration, the spreadsheet can be easily modified to fit your needs and preferences. Feel free to leave comments, suggestions, questions, etc.
Best of luck,

How the spreadsheet is organized
- There are tabs for each subject at the bottom of the spreadsheet, meaning a separate sheet for each subject.
- Within these sheets, all subjects are organized by the content structure found in TBR except for bio.
- Bio content is organized according to EK. This is in accordance with the SN2ed schedule.
- This means that the content in Physics, GenChem and Ochem are all organized based on the TBR chapter structure.
- TPRH and EK1001 content has been associated with the appropriate TBR chapter to the best of my ability.
- For bio, I have used doctoroftha313’s post to find the appropriate TBR passages that correspond to the EK bio chapters.
- TPRH bio passages have been associated with the corresponding EK bio chapters.
How to use the spreadsheet
- Go to File>>Download as…>>Microsoft excel or Save to your google drive account
- Fill in the spreadsheet as you go through your studying
- Enter your scores as ‘=6/7’ if you got 6 out of 7 questions right on a passage
- The way the sheet is set up presently, if you get a certain grade (out of 100) on a passage, that cell will appear a certain color depending on the grade.
- To change this, click on the score column>>click the down arrow that appears>>go to conditional formatting & enter your desired preferences.
- The main purpose of this color coding is to highlight your weakest areas so by the end of content review, you know which weaknesses to eliminate first
- The DC column is for you to enter the date you did the passage
- There is also a DS column for the EK1001 part of each sheet for Date Started
- This column is there because some EK1001 sections have too many questions to complete in one day (may be a good idea to save some for later etc)
- For the full length score tab, I wanted to get as much data out of practice tests as possible
- This is why I have a column named ‘For +1’...I found it highly motivating to see how close I was to a higher score
