It cracked me up today when I was at my company's holiday party, a day after I made my final decision and sent my deposit into AZCOM...there were some silly door prizes and ticket numbers were drawn out of a hat. Lo and behold, I won a prize - a basket of goodies.

The goodies turned out to be a plethora of specialty food items from Arizona. Hot salsa, prickly pear jelly, Spanish olives, you name it - all tied up in a basket with a bandana imprinted with the Arizona state flag. LOL.

Thats a great omen if you like that southwestern stuff...it might be a bad omen if you end up hating it all =)

Could be an omen, could be a neat coincidence. Either way it's kinda cool! Congrats!

I had something like that happen to me when I drove down to UMDNJ to save money for my interview. On the drive back some piece of debris smashed through my bumper cover, costing me $350 to repair. The plane ticket would have saved HOURS and only been about $200 RT. It keeps making me think it was a sign - "Don't go to UMDNJ to save money - because you won't!"

Anyway - that's great! Enjoy your decision! Good luck!

that's great Sarikate! I would definitely take that as a sign that you made the right choice. I had something similar in that I saw all these signals for Las Vegas right before and after my interview at Touro-NV. I can't remember them all but I think one was MTV doing some show about some people moving out to Vegas and starting a life (they failed miserably but they didn't have jobs so that didn't concern me). Anyways currently I am only holding a spot at Touro-NV so what does that tell you? 🙂
