An unexpected additional LOR!!??!!

hey all,

My boss just wrote me a LOR (letter of rec), like 2 months after i sent all the schools my LORs from my college. So i'm about to send out this additional LOR, but how do I know that the AdComs will actually take a look at it? I went to a college that had a letter service, so I sent 6 LORs from professors, and they all got sent in one envelope from my college to the med schools. What if the ad coms have already read my old LORs and then when they get my new LOR, they stick it in my file, and when they are reviewing my app one more time after interviews, they just skip over this new LOR from my boss, thinking they've alread read it??

How will I know they'll read it?? Am I being tooo paranoid??

actually i recieved one of my LORs after sending out the ones i had for half the schools.

i never sent the beginning schools the one that came in late...now i wonder if i should...since you brought it up.

i dont know if it will have that much of a difference. can anyone else offer up some advice on the matter?
