I've been trying to look for an upper level genetics course here in state, and have been unsuccessful in finding one. My teacher is a notoriously bad grader, and gives grades depending on how he feels, I have met no one in the class who has gotten an A from him..

So trying to offset my C, which I am going to try to bring up with him, and find out how he calculated it, because I had B work all semester, I got a 100 on one of my tests and and a 95 on a minor test (worth half the points), anyways back to my question anyone know some good upper level genetics courses? And if they are avaliable online?

I'm not sure if you'd want to make the trip up to UCONN of Storrs. I know they have ALOT of genetics courses. You could even get involved in research with professor Rasmussen, whom teaches Animal Genetics at UCONN if you really want to impress admissions to compensate for a C! http://www.extension.uconn.edu/ansci/faculty/tpr.htm Let me know how your search goes for online courses and such. I'm thinking about re-taking o.chem and biochem in efforts to have a 4.0 in pre-reqs...but cannot find anywhere nearby whom offers these...I can't really depend on my car to make it to Uconn Storrs...and can't afford to live there anymore...so, so far I'm just re-taking 1 course at NCC. :luck:

Oregon state university has an online course that is decent.

Has anyone taken the KSU summer online genetics course? Trying to see if I can cram it all in before I apply this fall...
