hey..i believe the answer is choice d i.e E.
ok..permanent maxillary second premolars replace primary maxillary second molars.so if you follow the palmar notation for primary teeth then the primary maxillary left 2nd molar is aasigned by E.but if u follow the universal numbering system then primary second left molar is noted by letter J.
