They finally got our final anatomy grades posted today, as we just took the NBME 2 weeks ago. I pulled a 93%, which was good for an A. I was a bit dissappointed in my NBME score of 76, but oh well, I hate anatomy anyway and there isn't much of it on Step 1.

Looks like my average for anatomy was about 83, a couple points above the class average here. I don't even know what this NBME thing is you're referring to.

Some schools use "Shelf" exams from NBME for the first two years classes. Most schools use them for the clinical years. Osteo schools don't use them at all.
