Before going to med school, I am thinking of doing this book. Is it worthwhile and will it actually help me? Thanks!

Largely a waste of time unless you love doing this type of hobby. There is nothing that you can actually "do" before medical school that will help you with the coursework other than relax, get your study skills and materials organized and your living/travel/financial arrangements solidified.

People who spend time trying to pre-study often find that they have wasted time that the could have used for relaxation and logistical preparation.
