I've heard that it's a pretty low-yield subject ... if so, is FA enough? or if you guys are using another book, any recommendations? it's on my schedule tomorrow, and i don't even know what resource to use ...

my plan is to know the anatomy in FA cold and just review the MRIs, CTs, etc... in HY Gross Anatomy. Make sure you have the brachial plexus down.
