rate limiting enzyme in gluconeogenesis?
anybody knows what is trapeful M?
i think the answer to this is :
Pyruvate carboxylase coz in gluconeogenesis pyruvate is first carboxylated to oxaloacetate , which is then converted to pep by action of pepcarboxykinase.
The conversion of pyruvate to oaa is irrversible step and is rate limiting step....
