Some in Sumatra, but most on the island of Borneo - which comprises East Malaysia, Brunei and Kalimantan (Indonesia).

I believe it was the British who titled the orang utan the "Wild Man of Borneo".

Really! Very interesting. I would have guessed Africa like that silly dummy AndyM. Or possibly China or something (with the Yeti).

This is very interesting as well! I had no idea where this came from. My whole life, when I get up in the morning and my hair is sticking up, my mom tells me that I "look like a wild woman of Borneo."
