I know many of you are way ahead of the game, but i had a question of whether I should phrase any of my responses in a similar fashion to my personal statement....my statement starts out with an action scene and should i do that with my secondary or just answer the question with a straightforward but interesting response???

any advice or examples would be grateful, thank you in advance 😕

It's really hard when you have 800-1500 characters to work with.

I have used some anecdotes in my secondaries, but, as already stated, it depends on the character count. It was easy for UCSD, with a two-page limit on the secondary essay, but kind of hard for UCLA (800 characters per question).
