anesthesia-based vs. surgery-based CCM

Hey, everybody. MS4 here possibly interested in CCM after anesthesia residency. Just wondering if there is any real difference in training between our CCM programs and the surgery (without trauma)-based CCM programs. It seems that most big acadmic hospitals have both anesthesiology and surgery departments running the SICU and/or CT-ICU. So, you'd think that the training is basically identially. Just curious.
