See post 3 for an excellent link of anesthesia conferences. Not all inclusive but very good.

Flights have gotten more expensive in ggeneral over the last few years. Flights to D.C. are relatively cheap where I am. I suspect that you have only one or two carriers that fly to D.C. from your usual airport. Try expanding your search to another airport or two that is within driving distance.

If saving $$ is a priority, don't forget to run the numbers of all three D.C. are airports. You'll pay for it in ground transportation time.
