Is it very difficult to get a job as an anesthesiologist in the Los Angeles area?
Lets assume a student is an AMG with a USMLE score of 220 and has absolutely no ties to the state of California, would it be possible for the student to match into any Cal anesthesia residency program such as USC.....
lets say the student is unable to match into any Cal residency program for anesthesia, but does it elsewhere in the US (lets say somewhere in the Midwest... Henry Ford?.. a reputed hospital in the country).... then would it still be very difficult to find a job in the Los Angeles/Orange County area????
Is finding a job as an ER Board certified physician in the LA area easier than finding a job as an anesthesiologist?
I love the area, and want to live there and raise a family there...
