Hopefully I will be admitted into the new Anesthesiologist Assistant program at UMKC and during the interim before the program starts, I would like to cover some material. There are two chapters in Lange's Pharmacology [8th Edition, 2001] covering General and Local Anesthetics that I looking at, but in addition I would really like a book covering the procedures and rationales involved in midlevel anesthesia.

Any suggestions?

There are no "midlevel" texts for anesthesia.
