Anesthesia rotation without a core

Is it possible anywhere in the US before starting your core rotations? I'm trying to find something to do for 4 weeks in January.

Looks like they require you to have your cores done, and I'm at an international school and looks like they only take students from LCME accredited schools. Does anyone have any other suggestions? I passed step 1 with a 263/99, if that helps my case at all.
