OK, so my program has already sent me my PGY-1 schedule request. I am (will be) internal med resident. I have 2.5 months of electives. Will a future hospitalist benefit from 1 month of gas rotation? I assume I will intubate, put in art lines, central lines, learn cool sedation drugs, etc...OR will nobody trust me and just make me sit and watch!!! 😀 SHould I take the rotation at a later date PGY-2 +?? Opinion? Thanks
