In addition to the AOA programs, which ACGME programs should I apply to? DO student, COMLEX scores of 540/520 for Levels I/II. No failed classes, upward trend on grades, leadership, research, volunteering, and good LORs. Any advice would be appreciated.

use the search function, there are a few threads about DOs trying to match. Basically, go down the frieda list and find programs that have taken DOs, those are your best shot. Without USMLE, you're probably eliminated from about 75% of all programs right off the bat. The other 1/4th will still be an upward battle.

I would focus on the aoa match, make sure you do your aways.
