Hi all- Looking at a job with Anesthetix and wondering if anyone has any personal experience working with the group? I know they're part of TeamHealth now. I've read some fairly negative reviews on the forum about the management companies screwing the hospitals they run, but what about the individual doctors they hire? Thank you!

For any non-d-bags who are reading this, the older posts are largely from two years ago and I'm wondering about the state of the hospitals in the time since, when presumably they would have hired more permanent people and fewer locums.

I would stay away from these management companies at all cost. You become a small and replaceable piece on the chest board. Plenty of better options, IMO.... including academics.
