How difficult is it to get anesth. residency from SGU or ROSS?

What about IM subspecialties?

Are they about the same difficulty (as in grades, usmle,...etc necessary) as if you were a US md student?

What about the fellowships (cardio, GI, pulm, neph)? Do SGU and ROSS students have difficulty obtaining them?

Anesth. is competitve even as an AMG. You need to perform much better than your american counterparts on the USMLE if you want to land a competitive residency. You would have a good shot at getting an IM fellowship.
