I have been practicing with CDP. I am doing pretty decent in everything but angle rankings.
Does looking at the mode of answers really help or will that screw me up? I am doing CDP and it seems like sometimes it could help but sometimes it would throw you off? Also, any general advice/methods would be nice. I know about the rapid eye technique, hill, etc.

Not sure what you mean by mode, and I no longer have CDP to check either.

This is what I found from my post-DAT experience with angles:
Easier than CDP, but still annoying, probably where I lost points. I definitely remember Topscore angles and Kaplan BB to be much easier than the DAT. Again, the ADA 2009 test was the very best comparison, but CDP will suffice.

I typically only used specific techniques when I was trying to figure out two very close angles. Usually you could get the order of two of the angles pretty easily and then work on the last two.

I always emphasize this, but you absolutely need to use the ADA practice tests in regard to the PAT section after you´ve used CDP extensively (i.e. you´re already pretty fast, can do a test under the time limit, etc), they´ll give you the most realistic experience right before the real thing.
