Anki Errors

I did 250 new Anki cards yesterday morning. Later in the day, the app updated. After the update, all the cards were back to 'new', as if I had never done them. Anybody else see this kind of error?

I haven't, but you should ask this in /r/Anki and/or /r/medicalschoolanki. I'm sure either or both will be helpful for this.

Did you actually graduate them, or just do the first step or so (meaning they were still a 'Learning' card)?
Makes a difference in how cards are treated during big shifts, like moving from a Custom Study deck to the original, or possibly (I'm supposing) through an update as you describe.
