ADEA will host a webinar about the ADEA AADSAS Fee Assistance Program on March 26, 2025. Prospective applicants and advisors are invited to join the live session which will include a Q&A.

Registration is now open at discoverdental.adea.org/adeaaadsasfeeassistanceprogram/... The session will be recorded and distributed to registrants.

Also, some additional updates on the fee assistance program from ADEA:

ADEA has implemented some updates to the FAP application and process for the 2025-26 ADEA AADSAS cycle. Here are important details to note:

• The 2025 FAP application will be open April 16 – June 1. Applicants need to apply with a DENTPIN instead of an ADEA AADSAS ID number.
• The FAP Help Center, now including the application instructions, has been updated HERE.
• Applicants will be notified of the decision on June 13, and approved applicants will have 30 days (until July 13) to use a waiver in ADEA AADSAS.
• The application process, eligibility requirements, and benefit will remain the same.
• To support these changes, the ADEA FAP webpage and the FAP Help Center have been updated. Instructions are located in the Help Center.
