CME money doesn't go as far as it used to. Has anyone had an inflationary increase for their CME funds?

I tell my ppl what I need and I get it. I've never asked for anything extreme, and I've never been told no for anything.

I guess there is a tax benefit here or something? I have same but never go through employer for it
