Topic ideas for annual department conference?

Our hospital system as an annual Pain Management Conference. 200-300 attendees ranging from interventional pain, non-interventional pain, palliative care, and psychology clinicians and their support staff. Also have pharmacologists and occasional non-clinical staff that attend.

Usual structure has been 6-7 presenters with 30-55 minute slots given to the group as a whole (it’s kind of the worst).

I have “volunteered” to direct this year.

What are some topics you’d like to see presented?
