I can't speak from personal experience but I know that in my area, LCSW, LMHC, and LMFT make about the same. They work in the same settings, in the same positions. Insurance reimbursement rates are the same as well (although many insurance providers won't provide reimbursement for mft). I have never heard of an LMHC making almost $10,000 more annually than an LCSW.
