The script: http://www.beckerfilms.com/AlienApocalypse-p1.htm

"From the wasteland a figure appears. It is a man standing very straight with his chin thrust forward . . .He is DR. IVAN HOOD, D.O., a tall, well-built, 32-year-old man with sandy windblown hair. He wears the dirty white jumpsuit of an astronaut. On his breast is written NASA, PROBE MISSION."

Please tell me this is a joke. Oh god please tell me this is a joke.

If it is, it's awesome! If not...well, then I'm pretty sure DOs will be known for fighting aliens using manipulative treatments and shouting catchphrases like "It's time to treat the whole body!".

I am so confused. 😀

So at what point is he going to mention that he's of a rare breed that actually utilizes manipulation on a regular basis.

This is the great Bruce Campbell and what you have just said is blasphemy!!

A little history about this movie, notice his character name is "Ivan" which is a take off the writer Ivan Raimi, DO who graduated from DMU and is currently an EM physician.

Bruce Campbell is one of the greatest B-actors of all time and his movies are meant to be odd and poorly acted; look at Evil Dead or My Name is Bruce.

You can also find Bruce in the Spider Man movies (he gets a bit part on pretty much every Raimi movie) and currently in Burn Notice.

My apologies to the great Bruce Campbell. 😀

This is all very amusing. I just hope it doesn't turn around. You just know that there are people out there who will take this seriously, lol.

The movie is a few years old so I think its fine.

"Shop Smart shop S-Mart" pure Bruce baby
