Another "anyone heard from AADSAS" thread

I finally got through to speak to their rep... and they said that my app will take about 4-6 weeks to be sent to the schools from the date my transcript was verified, which was Aug. 9th.

Which is weird cuz i spoke to another rep before and she told me that it would take 4-6 weeks from the date they received my transcript. The rep that i spoke with today said that that information was incorrect.

Another rep told me that it would take another 2 weeks from today....

What the heck?!?!?

How much more time do they need to print out the information and send it to the schools... I mean... there not even sending out our transcript anyway!!!

I spoke with 3 reps so far... and all gave me different answers....

Whats the deal?!?!?!?

According to the AADSAS, it takes 4-6 weeks to VERIFY your transcripts after they recieved them. After that, they just mail what applications they've finished at a certain cut off point. They finished verifying my grades on the 10th of August. I really don't understand what theyre waiting for either. Why not just send the applications out electronically when theyre done verifying them? I read in another post that someone from the AADSAS told them apps would be sent out sometime this week. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that will be the case.

grrr! the 3 that i talked to and now add the rep that you talked to.... makes 4 reps from adea who are talking outa their butts....

who is speaking the truth?

the last rep i spoke to said:

"yes you did submit your app on 7/21st"
"yes we did receive your transcripts by 7/28"
"BUT your transcripts have been verified by 8/9"
"THEREFORE it will take 4-6 weeks from 8/9 for the schools to receive the printouts of your app"

mine were verified on 8.19 and still no word here. 4-6 weeks after the date of transcript verification suddenly seems very depressing :/.

Damn it. So many people are going to interviews and we're stuck on the outside looking in. My transcripts were verified August 15. Come on you bastards!
