An Afgani boy is brought to Canada for surgury being promised a solution for his problem. Surgeons find a more complicated problem that would require a heart transplant. Should he wait in line like any other citizen or be bumped up?

*IF* I was an MD and citizen of Canada, there is no way I could look in the eyes of a fellow countrymen and tell him/her that our priorities are with other countries patients. Further, I would heal my brother before my friend...so-to-speak....kind of like a family first scenario....
