In qtr system university, I took Chem 1 of 3(B-) and chem 2 of 3(C-) (but not Chem 3 of 3 which would complete the series) each Chem+Lab is worth 4 qtr. Credit hours.

Then, I transfered schools... from qtr to semester university

I took Chem 2 of 2 +Lab =4(A) SEMESTER Credit hours.

Then, to save money, I wanted to re-take CHEM 1 of 2 (hopefully A) at a community college. It is however 5 Semester credit hours with the lab.

Hope this isnt too confusing. How will aacomas replace the grade?

You took a 2/3 of a year of chemistry at your first university.
You then took Chem II and got an A and want to take Chem I to complete a full year but it is 5 credit hours with lab, more than you had before.

Am I getting this right? If so, then you shouldn't have any problem. Usually the problem is with too FEW credit hours, not too many. Why don't you email AACOMAS and find out?
