lol right? Imagine being so inadequately trained in anesthesia to think that steroids had anything to do with this.

Why? It takes 10 seconds to do and you don't need much sedation afterwards. At least the patient is very unlikely to die on the table with that.

I'd say the chance that a random sketchy/gimmicky cosmetic skin clinic in Mexico that doesn't even use anesthesia-trained personnel was performing a PECS block is close to zero.
