I finally got the DO i was shadowing to write me a LOR for this year. For some reasons (wont go there for now) I really don't think I will get in this year but will definately be applying next year. Is it OK for me to ask the DO to keep a copy of the letter on her computer in case I will be reapplying next year?

Secondly, Do any schools hold you letters for more than one app cycle if you inform them that you will be reapplying?
