I am considering going for a degree in molecular Bioscience from Baker University (private school 12 mi south of KU). I am extremly close to being done with gen eds. Currently enrolled in O chem and physics. My question is next year at baker should i take the upper division Bio for the degree or pursue a different degree and raise GPA which is currently a 3.4 . However any other classes i take outside of science completley bore me. But im not sure how classes like genetics, BIOchem will go. But I think i will need those courses for MCAT prep!? AHHHH!!!! Any advice?

I think you should go for genetics. I found it to be really interesting, and I've read that there will be more genetics questions on the MCAT this year...so it'd probably be a good prep course. Also, some schools require 3 credit hours of biochem.
