Am I doomed here or what? Just got my grade back from my second EM month HP, just like the first. How screwed am I?
Any tips out there? I am considering doing one more month as a audition rotation later in the year. I am really scared here b/c I only have average step 1 (215) and avg grades, couple of H, but mostly HP.
Any advice out there?

Don't worry about it. I suck at tests--barely passed Step 1 (did much better on Step 2) and did terribly on all my shelf exams which led to a lot of mediocre grades. I had no problem getting interviews and no problem matching at a program.

dont fret too much. i had similar scores. study hard for your step 2 and hope that your letters say good things about you. you should still be able to secure enough interviews, and be a superstar at the interviews.

Seriously, how important is it to get an honors in EM?

The PD at my school says he wants to see at least one H for every HP/P.

I am really concerned because I got my first EM grade back and it's a Pass (my school has only P/F and H in the 4 th year). Can someone tell me how to make up for this? Thanks.
