I think San Antonio is GREAT! The faculty and students are so down to earth. The 3rd and 4th year clinics are very nice, with each student getting their own private operatory. During 3rd and 4th year, students are part of general practice groups of 8-10 students, so the one-on-one attention is a plus. The 1st and 2nd year labs are currently being renovated, with a simulation planned for completion in Fall '07. The medical center is also located in a nice area with lots of affordable housing options in the surrounding area. Students that I have talked to there all seem to really enjoy their time. Another plus is that students also have the opportunity to test out of biochem going into their first year.
