Does anyone know if it is possible to see the answer key before you begin the AAMC Verbal self-assessment test? I know you can pause and finish the test in sections of three, but I would really like to check as I finish each section so that I can improve before starting the next section and see where I'm going wrong...

can't you do the assessments multiple times? if so, just start one, don't answer anything, finish the test, view the answer key and then start another verbal assessment.
can't you start and stop unlimited times? if so, just submit the test after each section and then go over those answers.

if not, i'm guessing you can't. i would just do it the normal way and learn from it after.

Is there any way to copy and paste the answer explanations onto Word? Does anyone know?

I seem to recall someone saying the AAMC Self-Assessment is the old AAMC Exam #6. My answer key for #6 has partisanship as the first passage: does the self-assessment also have that?

This is why #6 is missing from the exams you can buy on the AAMC site. I found an old paper copy of #6 and took it: it seemed slightly easier than the others, but was still good practice.

There could be passage overlap between AAMC #6 and the AAMC VR Self Assessment, but the latter is MUCH longer than a single section. There are about 20 passages on the self assessment, so it is much more than a single section's length.
