What's the best way to answer this question? Should we relate it to medicine or say what kind of person we are, what we like to do in our free time, etc?

Of course you should relate it to medicine no matter how much twisting, turning, and other story gymnastics you must do in order to make it seem as such.
yes that was sarcastic. This is the last question that should be related to medicine, It amazing how much utter nonsense applicants write under the belief that they must somehow relate it all to medicine.
