answers to free 150

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knew if there was an answer key to the free 150. I just took it at the prometric site, and wanted to review a block.

Also, is the one that is taken at the prometric site different than the free 150 (or what people are saying free 143) you can download? Because I had a total of 150 questions...

hmm that wasn't the test i took. i think they give a really old version at the prometric site or something. is the medfriends calculator still applicable to the one they give at the test center because it just printed out my percentage, no 3 digit score

when i looked at the answer key it had the blocks in a different order, so the answers all seemed wrong. Here is a copy of the explanations, more helpful than just an answer key.

this is so weird though. i just took the prometric test and it didn't have any media questions. and it was 150 questions of just pure text. also the format/interface was completely ghetto (it looked like windows 3.1 or something) and it took me like 5 mins to figure out the lab values, lol.

how much do you guys think this test overinflates your real grade, 10 points or so, i hope lol

I hate to say this cuz i don't want to bring anyone down, but i scored 40 points higher on this than i did on any of my diagnostics, and wasn't able to reproduce that type of score since... but most people i know said they did 10-15 points higher on the on-site, so i think my case was an extreme one.

It also took me a while to find the normal version of the test to open on my own computer when i got home from taking this on-site.

whats your prediction and whats your uworld average?

man i just had the weirdest day. i took the prometric free nbme 150 and got a 249 according to medessentials. i came home and took UWSA 2 and got a 259 (WTF???) and my uWORLD percentage (100% complete) is 75%.

I took UWSA 1 one week ago and got a 238.

I took NBME 6 about 3.5 weeks ago and got a 227.

I really have no clue what the heck i am going to get next week. it all depends on my test, i can guess well at the cell bio/biostat questions and stuff cause of a good undergrad background but i ROYALLY SUCK at anatomy.

My goal going into this whole thing was a 235+ to keep my doors open so I am just praying I get that.
