If I were to cook THIS tonight, but replaced the tilapia with grouper covered in Chef Paul's redfish magic and grilled, what would you, the pharmacist, recommend if I had a bout with heartburn?

What side dishes could counter-act the yummy sammiches deleterious effects; thereby, negating the need for OTC support?

Butternut squash?

I'd just take a pepcid complete before the meal, according to package directions. And probably have some tums handy. But I never get heartburn.
