the question is 'what type of cells are responsible for antibody production?"

is it leukocyte? ( macrophage/lymphocyte) or bone marrow?

could you help me out?

B-cells are the ones that produce anitbodies and are involved in the Humoral Immune Response. The "B" indicates that these cells are produced and matured in the bone marrow.
Leukocytes do not produce any antibodies. These cells engulf the foreign particle and digest it via intracellular digestive mechanisms.

Hi
B lymphocytes are responsible for the production of antibodies by differentiate into plasma cells which in turn produce and release antibodies.
