I was wondering, for women where the benefits of antipsychotic therapy outweigh the risks associated with them to the fetus, do you guys routinely taper off the dose of the antipsychotic just prior to delivery? In other words, in third trimester, especially during C-section, there is a lot of fluid shift, which cause more of the Haldol (for instance) to be transferred to the placenta. So, in that scenario, do you typically try and taper the dose of Haldol?
